Per di più era esattamente il periodo in cui fiumi di persone erano indirizzate da una parte all'altra del Tamil Nadu, su questo percorso! Abbiamo incontrato decine di autobus e centinaia di persone, tutte vestite rigorosamente di rosso, nel tratto di strada tra Chennai, la capitale, e Kanyakumari, la punta all'estremo sud dell'India. Così anche l'intima celebrazione della nostra unione si è andata a fondere con il simbolo del pellegrinaggio (che come coppia ci identifica perfettamente), assumendone le sfumature e il sentire.
Lungo il cammino abbiamo incontrato diverse persone e realtà che hanno illuminato e impreziosito la nostra strada. Vogliamo citarle qui, per amplificare la loro presenza e per renderle note a tutti voi come quella che a nostro parere è L'ECCELLENZA UMANA. Non si tratta di individui simpatici e con cui è piacevole fare due chiacchiere; ovviamente c'è anche questo, ma vogliamo sottolineare il fatto che, come c'è scritto su un magnete attaccato sul frigorifero di casa nostra, "Alcune persone rendono il mondo migliore solo vivendoci".
Rinnoviamo a tutti loro il nostro GRAZIE, dal profondo del cuore :-) per come hanno interagito con noi, ma soprattutto per l'amorevole servizio che essi offrono all'umanità, quotidianamente.

After getting married, we left in December 2011 for just over a month's honeymoon in Tamil Nadu (India). By chance, absolutely out of our rational decisions, we got right in the path of an important pilgrimage. We looked each other and laughed at it! Again on the road, together, right in our honeymoon!
Moreover, it was exactly the period in which streams of people were travelling all over Tamil Nadu, on this path! We met dozens of buses and hundreds of people, all dressed in red rigorously, moving along the stretch of road between the capital Chennai and Kanyakumari, the southernmost tip of India. So the intimate celebration of our union has been melt with the symbol of the pilgrimage (which identifies us perfectly as a couple), assuming the shades and feeling.
Along the way we met several people and organizations that have enriched and enlightened our way. We want to quote them here, to boost their presence and to make them known to all of you as what we believe is HUMAN EXCELLENCE. It has not to see with nice persons to chat with, of course they're also this but we emphasize the fact that, as a magnet stuck on our refrigerator at home says: "Some people make the world better just by living."
We renew our THANKS to all of them from the depth of our heart :-) for the way they interacted with us, but especially for the loving service they provide to humanity, every day.
